One of the most emotional moment I had with someone deserving of the things I can offer sa mga tao such as my humble way of changing someone's situation. I will be giving him a permanent job that he can have as long as my humble store YOLO Retro Diner is existing to help his family move to another direction in life.
Meet Michael, he is Filipino-American who never met his father not until he found him on facebook and had a brief conversation letting his father know that he exist. He is originally from Samar, moved to Imus Cavite with his family including his mom. They live by farming vegetables such as Kangkong, talbos ng Kamote and the likes.
He sent me a resume on my email, for some extraordinary coincidence (I dont usually read emails about hiring and resume because I have someone checking for applicants) I clicked it and just message him to apply in person. That's how we met.
He started training in my shop for few weeks, and now this is my time and best place to hire him and be with us for good! I went to his house which is VERY FAR from my store. He walks 2 km of dirt road, ride 3 jeepneys and walk again. So I decided to help him be close to my store which I will be sharing with you in the next coming vlogs.
These are the people I am looking for my store, I want to change these people's life no requirements needed! Just honesty, hardworking and loyalty that's all I need.
You can have the best strategy and the best business in the world, but if you don’t have the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life. No experience requirement, no educational attainment requirement, no age limit whatsoever. What I care about is the character of the person.
